Chicken Tikka Masala is used to prepare the Indian dish Chicken Tikka from pieces of marinated and roasted chicken in a spicy curry sauce. This sauce is creamy and mild with an orange color, an aromatic mixture of herbs and spices will facilitate the preparation of this delicious dish at home.
Preparation: Thoroughly mix 100 ml of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of Aachi Chicken Tikka Masala and 2 tablespoons of oil for a smooth texture without lumps, add salt as desired. Marinate 500g of chopped boneless chicken pieces with previously prepared sauce for about 2-3 hours. Fry the chicken pieces on both sides in a pan for about 10 minutes or grill the chicken over direct heat for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with lemon and onion rings. Serve hot chicken Tikka with mint chutney sauce.
